How FFL Transfers Work

Purchase Your Firearm

Buy your firearm online or from an out-of-state dealer. Have it shipped to our FFL location.

We Receive Your Firearm

We'll contact you once your firearm arrives and is logged into our books.

Complete Paperwork

Come in with required documents to complete ATF Form 4473 and background check.

Take Your Firearm Home

Once approved, pay the transfer fee and take possession of your firearm.

Required for Pickup

Valid Photo ID

Government-issued ID showing current legal name, date of birth, and residence address. Arizona Driver's License or ID Card preferred.

If your ID doesn't show current address, bring supplemental documentation (utility bill, vehicle registration, etc.)

ATF Form 4473

Federal firearms transaction form completed at our location. Allow 15-30 minutes for accurate completion.

Providing false information on this form is a federal felony.

Background Check

NICS background check conducted after form completion. Transfer only completed with "Proceed" status.

Delays or denials may occur based on NICS findings.

Transfer Fee Payment

$20 per firearm - We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard.
