he FN Reflex XL MRD is a micro-compact 9mm pistol designed for concealed carry that prioritizes shootability and high magazine capacity. It is a larger variant of the standard Reflex model, featuring a longer barrel and grip frame.

Action: Internal hammer-fired Single Action Only (SAO).
Recoil and handling: The longer slide and grip compared to the standard Reflex provide excellent recoil control, making it comfortable to shoot. The ergonomic polymer frame includes aggressive texturing and interchangeable backstraps to ensure a secure and comfortable grip.
Trigger: The internal hammer-fired system provides a clean and consistent 4.5–5.5 lb trigger pull.
Slide manipulation: The slide features deep front and rear serrations, and the recoil spring is tuned for a lighter racking force, which is beneficial for shooters with reduced hand strength.
